Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted:

A book with obvious signs of use

A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Often there is a processing time before the refund is sent.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular-priced goods can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are damaged or defective. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be sent to you when the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or the gift-giver placed the order themselves for later delivery, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and they will be aware of your return.

Returning the parcel

To return an item, you must send it by post to.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
